Refunds & Cancellations Policy
We want you to love using Levi. If you ever need to cancel or request a refund, this guide explains exactly how the process works — clearly, fairly, and without hidden steps.
💡 Overview
Levi subscriptions are flexible. You can cancel anytime, and you’ll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds are handled transparently in accordance with our fair use policy to protect both customers and the platform.
Goal: Make billing management simple, transparent, and predictable.
🧭 Step 1 — Cancel Your Subscription
Log in to your Levi Dashboard.
Go to Settings → Billing → Plan.
Click Cancel Plan.
Choose your reason (optional) and confirm cancellation.
✅ Your account will remain active until your paid period ends. You won’t be charged again unless you re-subscribe.
💡 Tip: If you cancel within the first 24 hours of a renewal charge, you can still request a full refund (see below).
📅 Step 2 — Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
Scenario | Eligibility | Refund Type |
|---|---|---|
Accidental renewal within 24 hours | ✅ Eligible | Full refund |
Technical issue or service outage verified by support | ✅ Eligible | Partial or full refund |
Canceled mid-cycle (after 24h renewal) | ❌ Not eligible | Continue access until period end |
Unused credits from canceled trial | ✅ Eligible | Credit refund or account balance |
🧠 Note: Refunds apply only to direct subscriptions through Levi. Purchases made via third-party resellers (e.g., AppSumo, marketplaces) follow their respective refund policies.
🧾 Step 3 — Request a Refund
If you’re eligible:
Visit Support → Contact Us inside your Levi dashboard.
Choose Billing → Refund Request.
Include your invoice number and a brief explanation.
Levi’s billing team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
✅ Once approved, refunds are issued automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
💬 Pro Tip: For faster resolution, attach a screenshot of your billing history or invoice.
🔁 Step 4 — Pause Instead of Cancel
If you’re taking a short break, consider pausing your subscription instead.
Option | Description |
|---|---|
Pause Subscription | Temporarily suspends billing and automation for up to 60 days |
Reactivate Anytime | Resume from where you left off instantly |
No Data Loss | All settings and automations remain stored |
Pausing helps maintain your settings and team access without losing your configurations.
🧩 Step 5 — Reactivating Your Plan
To reactivate a canceled or paused plan:
Go to Settings → Billing → Plan.
Click Reactivate Subscription.
Confirm your payment details.
Levi will instantly restore your automations and integrations.
